Is it down again? or am I just lucky ? As soon as I went to pay - error 'this service is not available' 😞

Is anyone else as fed up with C&S as I am? Thankfully I hardly use it, I feel for any seller that uses (or attempts to use it) with any regularity, end of hissy fit !

AusPost had this message on their Facebook page today:

Hi all,

We would like to advise that there have been some technical issues today with the Click and Send program, regarding importing eBay details and Paypal payments.

You will still be able to manually enter details and make payments via Credit Card.

We do apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused, and our technicians are looking into it as we speak.

If you are having trouble logging in, we would recommend you to call the Click and Send helpdesk on 1300 662 710 for assistance.

Wish I hadn't opened that UPI earlier now, if they do pay I won't be able to post it straight off lol.

Looking on the bright side all my other unpaids are people who are bidding on other items or are coming to pick up so as I never have auctions finishing on a Friday I won't have to even try and log in to C&S.

it is NOT working for me!

Can't import ebay items.

Can manually enter details.

CANNOT pay thru Paypal.

Whilst I couldn't process a payment from the site via paypal, I had no problems making payment via VISA card a few minutes ago 🙂

I think Paypal might be at fault here. For the past 2 days I haven't been able to pay for any ebay purchases using the ebay checkout and Paypal. I spoke to paypal yesterday and they didn't know what was wrong. Just tried it again and still getting error messages.

Yes had problems with it too. Successfully paid with credit card only to have a pop-up box say payment cancel. Tried again, successful, pop-up box, payment cancel only to find 10mins later that it had been charge to my credit card. Emailed Auspost straight away to have my credit card credited. Still can't process anything. Not happy.
