Buyer Paid, Fully Refunded, eBay app states ‘Awaiting Postage’

I don’t know what to do.

I sold an item with incorrect price and explained to the buyer the issue. Ended up refunding in full but the eBay app is still saying I need to post the item. It also states I don’t need to cancel the order as it is already done because of the refund. How do I get this message to ‘send’ to go away??

Ignore it, it will eventually go away.

Don't use the app - it is glitchy. eBay only really works on a real computer, using the real site.

Have you tried deleting it out of "all orders"?

Seller Hub > Orders > All Orders
