Might have something to do with the Neg FB you received, for what would appear to be your one and only sale.

You would already know why

Sold a $2000 item that never arrived and then ignore the buyer’s messages

Do you honestly think that is ok and that after this you should still be allowed to sell

eBay consider you high risk

You cannot fix it

Thanks for your notes, just would like to explain about the reason why I did not action coz that time so many virus emails look like from the details which I posted to sell my bag in ebay make me not confident at all about that buyer.

Your lack of action is definitely a contributor.

You don't seem to have even checked the tracking. Or did you send a $2000 item without tracking, or signature on delivery?

As an aside, not that it will matter as suspensions tend to be permanent, ALL buyer messages also come through your eBay messages.

YOUR lack of action, especially given the value of the item, has led to your suspension. I doubt you will find many sympathetic sellers, and no sympathetic buyers.
