Posting label printing error

Trying to print an Aust Post label and get the following error message - "Something went wrong and we weren't able to generate the label."

eBay advise it's a glitch in their system - anyone else have this issue?

Have you tried the usual "fix" of clearing cache and cookies the rebooting your computer ?

You could also try a different browser. Be careful that even if it says "Something went wrong and we weren't able to generate the label." it can still charge you for a postage label.

I rarely use eBay labels, because in general the prices are cheaper if you cut out the middle man and purchase directly from the supplier.

In saying that, though... eBay does give a discount for international labels. What you describe in the OP is the same error message that comes up if you try to purchase a label for a Canadian delivery address.

Delivery services to Canada are suspended indefinitely, so it makes sense that a label can't be purchased.
