    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to print an Aust Post label and get the following error message - "&lt;SPAN&gt;Something went wrong and we weren't able to generate the label."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;eBay advise it's a glitch in their system - anyone else have this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried the usual "fix" of clearing cache and cookies the rebooting your computer ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try a different browser. Be careful that even if it says "Something went wrong and we weren't able to generate the label." it can still charge you for a postage label.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I rarely use eBay labels, because in general the prices are cheaper if you cut out the middle man and purchase directly from the supplier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In saying that, though... eBay does give a discount for international labels. What you describe in the OP is the same error message that comes up if you try to purchase a label for a Canadian delivery address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Delivery services to Canada are suspended indefinitely, so it makes sense that a label can't be purchased.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
