Posting a New Certified POC Trail/Bike Helmet Keeps Getting Denied by eBay Policies

Hello eBay community. I have a small (but growing) online shop via eBay that's about 6 months old now and well over 650 sells. I recently tried to list a beautiful brand new fully certified with tags POC bicycle helmet though eBay policies reject the post under some policy that says I must be an established seller with at least 90 days history and 100 sells or more.....I'm well past these regulations. I'm not sure how to list this item and was hoping to get some advice on what I should do next. I've tried customer service but haven't gotten a live representative yet but hoping I could get some answers here first.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

All I can think of is that maybe POC are part of the VeRo program.
