Auction finished Friday. Buyer still has not paid

Payment said paypal. Postage was specified. Buyer used buy it now on Friday, then emailed me and said they would pick it up Monday. I told them they should have asked about pickup before bidding started. She then asked for bank account details, Paypal was the only option given. She also asked again for a time to pick up, I told her pick up was not an option. I have now not heard from her again. I have resent invoice and have asked for payment to be made by the 12th Dec. Am I being too harsh, first time selling on ebay.

Send them your bank details as you have nothing to loose if they pay to your bank account and there is no fees.

On day 4 after the sale from the time and date the item ended open a non payer dipsute and then 4 days later from the time you opened it or later close the dispute to get your FVF refunded and issue them a strike.

If you are not selling much and only doing buy now then list with immediate payment required to avoid time wasters.

That way if they click on buy now they will have to pay there and then and if they don't the item is not sold till it is paid.
