Update Account Details

Hi,

"Your payouts are on hold until you update your account details. Please update by 28 Feb, 2022 to avoid further restrictions."

This is shown at the top of my selling overview. I did it by using passport for many days ago but it is still showing. How long will this normally takes for EBay team to verify?

It took eBay 2 weeks for me to receive an email stating I had been verified for Managed Payments.

But I had no payments awaiting.

Make sure that your registered details on Ebay match the passport exactly.

I had an issue with mine initially as my name in my Ebay registration was shortened.

Once I corrected it took a day to process.

Are you saying that, for example, you had your ebay name as say, Jo instead of full name Joanne, or Liz instead of Elizabeth, therefore it didn't go through? I had no issues signing up, but wondering for those who have a name that can be shortened.
