I've not sold on Ebay for some time, previously was paid into Paypal account. how do i get my funds now that have been cleared?

You have to sign up for eBay's Managed Payments, do not list any more items until you have done that.

It looks like you have signed up to managed payments, and as a new seller your payment will be on hold for a minimum 21 days. Your funds will then be payed into the bank account you have nominated, minus the ebay fees. Check under your payments tab for payout details.
