Delivery Times for Sellers

Has anyone else come across issues related to estimate delivery times for items listed as a Seller?

Ebay support keep on promising a fix, blaming covid or that it's a system algorithm based on seller history and anything else but offering a reasonable explanation and remedy.

Tried all express delivery options available and estimates are still weeks off for items that can be delivered in a matter of days.

Very frustrating experience.

Its based on your selling history only updates every 2-3 months, have you had an item not recieved disputes (even if they werent anything that was your fault)

not having lots of sales lately, no disputes from past transactions, while could maybe understand some slight deviations from standard estimates, the actual times are way off...
