eBay reduced my postage to buyer ??

I am just wondering if anyone else is have the same problem.

Items sold and buyer chooses Express post, my cost is $9.95 which includes handling.

Their invoice from eBay states that they are being charged only $8.00 for the Express Post

I can't purchase an express post envelope for Under $8.97.

So how is eBay allowed to reduce my postage without my consent, or do I have to say

not to change or something ??

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

It sounds like they are an eBay Plus member and have opted for the "express post" option on your listing.

Nothing you can do about it - that's one of the perils of offering eBay Plus.

To avoid this happening again, I suggest you make your listings not qualify for ebay plus.

Don't have 1-day handling, or don't have an express option , or don't offer COM returns.

Not having any of those will mean you are not eligible for Plus.

And from 8th of July, Ebay is changing how the express post contribution will apply to multiple /combined ebay plus purchases.
