Ebay overcharging for Sendle

We had ebay send us an offer for just over $10 for us to send an item through Sendle. They then sent us an invoice for over $15.

We contacted ebay including proof of everything and they said they would fix it. 2 weeks later they still billed us for the higher amount.

Am interested in hearing from anyone else you has had similar experiences.

i just use AP

i had a moron from a company Sendle use leave a $1000 item outside

i don't like Sendle or their **bleep**py couriers

No issues here. I don't use couriers, nor prostitute my brand by taking up one-of eBay 'deals'.
