Hi all, I cannot contact my buyers or leave tracking numbers.

What is going on?? Is anyone else having these probs?

I am not a seller, but Fridays are notorious for having glitches, so maybe it is just a glitch...

It was a "glitch" and very annoying - after having an online chat with 5 yes 5 different people - they said it would be fixed within 24 - 48 hours - It was fixed on Thursday - a whole week later!! Not happy Jan!!

That is the stock standard reply to every single question people contact eBay with

Due to the staff reading from a pre-written script

Does'nt matter what the question is about

'it will be fixed in 24-48 hours"

It is simply to get rid of people as fast as possible

It's never 24-48 hours (to misquote Gregory House)
