good morning anyone have a glitch that on phone listings or do them on com that the international postage option keeps closing even when i use a listing from my store is it a glitch

I just did an International AP postage label on my desktop with no problems. However I do not link to my eBay sales.

There does seem to be some sort on intermittent glitch. I just did another one and the options for postage did not show at the bottom of the page after entering all required info. I just refreshed the page and it worked fine, but of course I did have to enter everything again.
