I sold item no 175519315474 and it is damaged,I need to return money to buyer but you took fee for selling,Can you please help me with answer how to do full refund ??Thanks

Cancel the transaction. This will refund the buyer and return your fees.

Use the reason "problem with buyers address" so you don't get a defect on your account.

Is the buyer saying it's damaged, or did you notice damage before you sent it? If the buyer is saying it's damaged, I would be asking for a photo showing the damage before refunding. If it is indeed damaged, you can send the buyer a postage label to get the item back. Then you can decide if you want to sell it as a damaged item.
