    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the buyer saying it's damaged, or did you notice damage before you sent it? If the buyer is saying it's damaged, I would be asking for a photo showing the damage before refunding. If it is indeed damaged, you can send the buyer a postage label to get the item back. Then you can decide if you want to sell it as a damaged item.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
