Why have ebay blanked out parts of our listings so you cannot edit these?

For example you can no longer edit postage which is not fair as Aus Post have put up postage

I have no issues.

If doing more than one I select the required listings and bulk edit. I then get to edit all the options, including postage. I select postage and replace with the current price.

Nice to know the bulk edit works. However editing one at a time does not work for me as the sections predetermined by ebay are locked out
