International selling

I have just sold a dress the purchaser bid for it here in Australia before getting on plane. She has tried to pay for it now she is home in the Uk and it will not take her payment. I have only been on eBay or a month or so and have sold a number of things without a problem within Australia…. Suggestions?????

I am not sure these days what the 'wait time' (for want of a better term) is for new sellers to be able to sell internationally

It looks like you have your listing setup to only post to Australia, in which case it wont let international sellers pay without some jiggling, I dont recall what it is as I just cancel any international buyers. I seem to get one a week, but it's not worse the hassle.

Perhaps agree with her to cancel that one - problem with buyer's address.

Relist with international postage on that item.
