Cannot add a tracking number

I have two orders that I need to put tracking numbers on, the customer changed their minds on the items and then I had to reorder in for them what they changed it too, they were happy to wait a few months but now i have them ready to post out and it has that I need to post the item but has taken away the part where I add there tracking number? I have to put this on there as I dont get paid for the item till i have the tracking number

Cannot find anywhere on here what to do or how to actually talk to ebay?

Maybe come in with another browser or even sign into ebay com instead of the Australian site and see if it lets you?

Contact CS via live chat, you get there from the help tab, if you get stuck in the bot responses just type talk to agent. (Not sure what hours they keep)

You never know they may be able to add tracking for you.

define a few months, you may have other issues beyond tracking numbers

have you being paid. if not cancel and create a speciail listing for bob
