Ebay customer service on verification issue. OK.

I've been with Ebay 22 years now and as my feedback indicates I've done a lot of transactions.

I recently returned to Australia from Korea and had some issues related to verification.

I have to say that the customer service via the chat function has been very good.

Much much better than the past. The people I communicated with were polite and seemed

like they wanted to get my issue sorted. Which they did.

I've bagged Ebay on occasion on this forum in the past over various stuff, but have had a good

experience recently on the online customer service front, so I thought to give credit where it's due

and note it. 🙂
