Entering tracking number

Hi. I am having to enter tracking number manually on my iPad and iPhone. I have turned both off and it has made no difference. Any tricks would be greatly appreciated.

I have always had trouble with tracking numbers and my iPad and iPhone.

The only way I can do it it is on my desk top.

I find that it actually does work - it just seems not to. After scanning or entering on an iphone, I pull down the screen from the top and refresh, and .. voila it's there.

Yes, I have always used a desk top computer to add tracking numbers.

This is the first time it just won't work, even after trying different browsers and restarting the computer.

Hope they fix it soon.
