Hello 🙂 I have a customer who has two of the same items in his cart. I have agreed to give me a small discount on the total price. How does he request an invoice so i can change the total amount owing before he makes payment. Thank you, Sonja

If the buyer goes to the cart, there is an option to request a total, they click this, which gives you the option to send thru an invoice with adjusted postage.

Thank you. Also, I a customer buys two of the same item and I would like to give me them a small discount how do they request an invoice when there is only one item in the cart .? Thank you 🙂

It will work the same, unless you already offer discounts for multiple item purchases.

I have postage policies setup so that Ebay automatically does it for me. ie. $10 for first item, and $1 for each additionaor $10 for first item, free for any subsequent items. Just examples. But I have about 4 variations, depending on size, weight, grumpiness level, etc.
