Anybody having a problem with orders not loading over to MyPost today? Any suggestions?

Yep, was just about to ask the same thing.

Have done all the normal cache, reboot etc. Stil not working.

About to take a break and try a bit later

Same. Mine said the integration was expiring - then when i reintegrated it , it doesn't import anymore 😞

Luckily I have chosen not to integrate. C&P works for me, with added advantage of eBay codes not corrupting addresses.

My integration was still valid, disconnected and re- integrated, still no go.

Finished up manually adding orders to AP, then C&P tracking back to ebay orders.

All up to date again.

Hi Dave, Can we paste addresses from clipboard into AP, never looked at that possibility. Just sent them to a printer and then manually entered to AP.

I copy the relevant details from the sold email, then fill in the applicable bits

I go to View Order and as the cursor moves to each bit, name etc it automatically copies and then I paste each detail in My Post. It’s tedious going back and forth but gets the job done (unless of course you have a stack of labels to do)

This integration problem has been happening to me for 3 weeks or so. Aust Post have been trying and failing to fix it since I reported it a week ago. The cut and paste thing is incredibly tedious and slow, very stressful when time is short and orders have spiked.

I can't believe davewill1964 does the cut and paste thing BY CHOICE all the time. You are a better and more patient person than I, davewill1964. Full respect.

Must be user specific, it's being working fine for me throughout.
