I wouldnt buy because the couple I looked at were second hand, but no description of condition in fact no description of anything. It's used tell us whats up.

Price seems to high for used pen, to close to new pricing

Noted that you are selling from India, would it not be more appropriate that you seek help from your own Community Board?

I agree with Sugar 249's input. I would not be buying any second hand pens from you at your asking price in a hurry. Good luck.

I disagree, we would be one of their typical target market, so it's good to get advise from a typical buyer. They are offering international sales

Didnt I say he needs to add descriptions and details on whats wrong as they are used.

Also a suggestion about pricing.

Your stuff is quite expensive.

You can't expect every buyer will go looking at the 'item specifics' and be happy with that, you'd do well to add a bit of a description too. Or at least provide a guide to your rating system.

And as Sugar mentioned, some of your ads don't even give the item a rating.

For instance, your ad for

Ball Pen Caran d'Ache Rieter Ballpoint Pen Silver Color, which is $121. All I know about it is it is used.

Your notes about custom charges are the main thing I see when I open your ads. That's offputting. Start with a description then have a note about custom charges under it but not so prominent.

I don't know that, even with a description, you are going to have roaring sales. You are selling things to a niche market, I doubt you'll be getting many impulse buys. Plus you are based in India.

Your feedback is good, I think you just have to slowly continue to build up your sales reputation & perhaps in time the collectors of your sort of items will start to follow you.

Yes I did read what springyzone wrote, they actually quoted me, and reiterated a lot of what I said. The best form of flattery is when someone quotes you.

Not sure what your gripe is.
