No 6 digit code for local pickup

How do I close an item locally picked up without the 6 digit code. It has been paid for and picked up.

Yes, but without a tracking number, the buyer can claim item not received......and win.

They had a window for sale with local pick up. I am guessing this is the item so tracking and payment should be no issue.

Except if the buyer paid by PayPal or credit card, or some other acceptable payment method before pick up. If they paid with cash on pick up, then yes, do what Twyn said and mark as payment received and item posted. Otherwise, pray to whatever god you pray to that they are honest!

I can honestly say if the item is the window it is not likely to attract the type of buyer that will be dishonest.

I totally agree with you, but you just don't know these days. So many are after a freebie. I'm sure it will all be OK for the OP, but it doesn't hurt to be cautious.
