The default Ebay one doesnt. I use it as most people don't seem to care.

But if someone asks for one I'll send a correct tax invoice.

You do realise that business purchases from a non-ABN holder are still tax deductible?

Not asking anything - given you send a ' correct tax invoice ' - you are obviously registered for GST.
