Hey there,

I sold an item in late September and contacted buyer after a couple of weeks. No payment has been received and trying to cancel but is beyond 30 days.

Any advice on how I can cancel without incurring fees?

No idea since you've chosen to wait so long

Sorry, but next time don't mess around

If the 'buyer' won't pay, act in time and cancel with 'buyer did'nt pay' option

Now, not only do you not get your fees back, the fake buyer gets away without getting a strike and is free to keep on not paying other sellers who have blocks in place

I cancel unpaid items at 4 days and 1 second.

Short answer, you can't. You left it too long. You're stuck with paying the nearly $40 in fees because you snoozed. Ouch! Don't let it happen again.
