Customer cant combine items

Gday! I have a customer who wants to buy 3 items from me. Then I will send an invoice with combined postage however when he hits " buy now" it asks for him to pay straight away. I have not enabled this feature on any of my listings so how do I stop this from happening? Thank you😊

Hi. Did you resolve this? I had the same issue and rang eBay who said the buyer must be using a computer to request invoice.

This issue arises when the buyer attempts to purchase using a phone. They have to use a desktop or laptop computer or they don't get the "request total" button.

Have had this problem for years .The only resolution is to make a separate listing for them with all of their required items in the one listing
