As a way around my current payment hold situation. I've had six items delivered using the eBay postage labels but STILL the payments are on hold! I contacted eBay and now they are saying it takes the system 24 hours to adjust and recognise the delivery. But the eBay app is already saying they are delivered?? Have I been duped?
