Ebay will not allow me to answer a message from a potential buyer .

Message was sent 1st Jan .

Yet eBay states it is over 90 days old .

What can I do ????????????????????/

Only thing I can think of off the top of my head, is that eBay 'thinks' the message was sent January 1 2023 (being on USA time)

You could try eBay Help at the top of the page, but I don't know if eBay cs have a script for that, so you may need to try more than once

Try clicking on the user's profile and contact them with a new message that way, if possible. And just explain that there is a fault with the reply function at the moment.
