parcel lockers

I send out large letters and mostly the post office don't deliver to parcel lockers, I can block buyers with PO boxes (I don't) but cannot find a a way of blocking parcel lockers, any help would be appreciated.

I send all items with tracking and don't worry about whether PO box / locker whatever. I assume if an item is too big for the box/locker, the Post Office leave a card or send message re pick up. Never had a problem, so far.

It has happened to me twice - once with a normal (untracked letter) and once with a tracked letter. Oh and also once with a signature on delivery parcel. In each case I just wrote to the buyer, explaining that their item could not be addressed to a parcel locker, and asking for an alternative address. (Or I could cancel the sale.) They each replied promptly with an alternative address. I do not see how you could block parcel locker addresses.

Obviously if it's a parcel locker then AP is within their rights not to send a letter to it.

Either ask the buyer for a street address or cancel the sale citing "unable to post to this address".

Same here, although we don't get very many of them & we haven't had any claim INR or returned to us, so there must be some way they get to the recipient.

Somebody on here remarked some time ago that item not suitable for parcel lockers would be diverted to the recipient's home address.

Not sure how true it is, but I send letters to PLs and have yet to cop an INR.

Parcel lockers are for parcels and tracked items it is not compatible with non-tracked letters, unfortunately, there is not yet a flag on eBay that alerts the buyer that parcel locker addresses are not compatible with the letter rate service they have selected, which is not a great buyer experience for eBay buyers as their letter will be returned unclaimed. So the only workaround now is to send a message to the buyer requesting an alternative address or wearing the extra expense in these categories you could be out of pocket on the sale.

Not actually correct.

AP will generally send to the street address.

I have had no issues with letters sent to parcel lockers being RTS.
