How to make an invoice?

I am having difficulty finding the "invoice" drop down in the Sold menu, even after following instructions from Ebay and Google. The background is that a buyer messaged me to say they would offer a lesser amount which I accepted by message. Now I cannot make an invoice to send to them.

Possibly because the item is considered already sold at the price listed.

Is it for the bed? If so, it hasn't sold yet, so you can't send an invoice. If it is the bed, there is the make an offer option. Ask the buyer to use that option for the agreed price and you'll accept it.

Did you complete all requirements for Managed Payments and get approval prior to listing?

If they sent you a message, there is always the option in the message to reply with offer, and just put in there the amount they offered.
