Very unfair of eBay to hold funds yet my own courier delivers items purchased SAME DAY

eBay insist on tracking number as confirmation yet my own courier does not need or have this

Need a solution to this please

Never heard of a courier who 'can't' provide a tracking number

How do you yourself know it was delivered the same day if you say there is no proof of this?

eBay is not going to just take you say so it was delivered to the buyer

Is it just for one specific item, or have you fallen foul of the untracked item %.

Who is the "courier" that does not provide tracking, what proof of delivery exists.

Note, from one of your sold items. Express Postage (Courier (Tracked))

Easy solution use what you have promised the buyer, all the items I have checked either say registered, Ebay label, or Auspost parcel. They are all tracked.
