Have you correctly signed up to Managed Payments?

If you haven't, your money won't be released until you do so.

Thankyou! but ebay never send me email for any further information and I have checked my bank account that ebay did penny test two months ago. Not sure what else I can do now

I think thats your problem, Ebay normally send a few cents, not penny's. 😂

Nope…mine is commonwealth as well. I have called ebay on Monday they said there is no problem with my account and I will receive money on Tue, now it’s Wed I still haven’t received it, so frustrating as I don’t know the reason of delay and how to fix it.
