Hello, have sold an item and the buyer has paid for it and have picked the item up and provided a 6 digit code as my phone unable to scan QR codes, where do I enter this code so I can receive payment from Ebay ? Thanks in advance.

I can't answer the part about where to put a code if you don't do it on your phone (I do not have a smart phone, nor do pick up sales)

BUT

I hope you have signed up for Managed Payments and been verified to sell

Even with a code in the right place, you will not be paid at all otherwise

And if you have, there will still be a 30 day hold on funds since you are a new seller

I'm sure another member will be along who knows about the codes shortly
