Email notifications

For a while now I haven't been getting email notifications fom eBay when someone places an order. This morning I happened to be in eBay and noticed that I had two items which had sold several days ago and where marked as "Send Now". I haven't made any changes to anything on eBay, so what is the problem?

How do I find the other threads? Incidentally, I have two eBay accounts and neither of them is receiving an correspondence from eBay. I have been using eBay since 2011 without this problem and have not made any changes which would have this result. It is possible, of course, that this is a problem with my ISP but I have no way of knowing. All I am asking for is suggestions.

I use optus and they have had this message for sometime on the log in page.
