Refund issued twice?

I made a sale, person asked to cancel order, so I kindly did. It's now been refunded twice. I have spend 2 hours trying to contact Ebay Support but am getting the worst experience trying to find a rep to rectify this quickly.

Where do I go to have this fixed?

Did you cancel then refund?

A cancellation automatically results in a refund.

Go to Help and keep choosing options until you get one that will connect you to a human.

Go to your Payment tab then enter in the order number. For all the transactions related to this order, what do you see in Net amounts?
