Item never returned and still charged

This was my first time selling.. and never again.
has anyone ever sold anything, then the buy submitted a return, but you never get the item back ?

I still got charged for a return, and still never received my item back.. and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone to help… what do I do ?

To contact eBay, click on eBay Help at the top of the page, follow the prompts until you get to the automated assistant, then ask to speak to a supervisor.
