How do you request a call back ?

I need to speak with someone ( not a robot or on the computer. I want to call or request a callback ! Help !
I’ve just wasted an hour with a robot and frankly I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous . Some things need to be spoken about especially if it’s ongoing

Given the HUGE number of false positive feedback you have left for buyers, I'd not suggest you would want to draw eBay's attention to them

Your account will be sanctioned big time, if not closed altogether

You surely know that false positives are a big violation of eBay policy
