I am not happy with eBay holding my payments.

there is no process to request a review.

There is no compensation for withholding seller funds and fees for postage against these held funds are withdrawn from my account, there is a double dipping on these funds as eBay is holding the payment from the buyer.

I will be writing a submission to the ACCC to review bays payment and charges policy in relation to my account.

I believe you ticked the big I agree to the Terms and conditions, which of course you read. The ACCC will look at your complaint pin it up on the lunch room fridge, and say another person who agree's without reading. You agreed to it, you live with it.

As you are seen by ebay to be a 'new' seller, your funds will be on hold for up to 30 days.

It's better to read up about selling before you actually start selling.

The ACCC must get fed up with complaints from ebay members who don't read The terms before agreeing to them.

All perfectly legal, so the ACCC won't be taking any action.

Just to add payment holds have been in place for over 6 yrs, even under paypal payments.
