Cant get Paid?

Sold an item which has been delivered. Theres no mark its been delivered. I think i got ripped off, theres no way I can paid although ebay said that it desirable to send item out. Ill never sell off this platform again , I cant get a hold of anyone to get paid.

If you sold on this account, your money will be on hold for 30 days as you are considered a 'new' seller

How was the item delivered?

Did you post it? did you upload tracking?

Hand deliver it or the buyer pick it up, and if so did you scan the QR code as required?

You say you will never sell again, yet you have 2 active listings

eBay Help is at the top of every page

BUT if it is simply your funds are on hold as they should be, and as you agreed to when listing, then there is no point contacting cs. Especially if you cannot prove delivery plus the buyer has not left you feedback

I posted using pack and send in Fyshwick ACT, Ive contacted them through the assistant and she states that it has been delivered. Theres no tracking for the item. I have the pack and send consignment number which is all there is.

I sold a jumper recently on ebay , buyer paid $75 , I end up with $46.00 after fees and postage. Its getting to much, im angry, the item I cant get paid for is a few hundred dollars , to me, is a lot of money but the buyer gets the goods but I don't get paid.

It seems like they should have provided you with one

If you look on the website it asks for tracking number

Track & Trace | PACK & SEND

and they have a ' enhanced online tracking system' (so they say)

But even with tracking uploaded, the hold on your funds will still apply as they do for all 'new' sellers

i don't know what managed payments are. im hooked up to payPal and have used that for many years

PayPal has not been a thing for sellers in over 4 years

If you have not signed up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell, you cannot be paid

So if you don't know what it is, it would seem you have not signed up as all sellers are required to be

I did upload he tracking given by pack and send but that is not the carrier number, i wasnt issued one. It was delivered either bu Australia Post or StarTrak again that information given.

Funds on hold, it could be but its well hidden as I don't see any proof of payment in PayPal or eBay. Ebay says its sold.

When i listed the item I didnt come across 'the hold' option. id never agree to that.

Paypal does not come into it, it is not an option for sellers

The box that has 'you have read and understood' has the information (which is why it is important to actually read it) it's not hidden (plus it is also eBay seller policy)

Yes, eBay say it is sold, but eBay also expect sellers to meet their obligations as a seller

If you want to be paid, you will need to sign up to Managed Payments and be verified to sell

For what you have already sold, after that, most likely you will need to contact eBay to sort it out I'm afraid and ask for a supervisor, explain you sold without being signed up etc

Give them the link to this thread if you wish

And end your two current listings until that is sorted because if they sell, that money will have nowhere to go either

Had a look, sold on 8 Oct, ebay says funds estimate release 24 oct. Note 'Estimate' . Why? Its not saying I'm going to get paid rather a maybe.

You must be signed up to Managed Payments. That is the only way that sellers can be paid. It has been roughly three years since this was implemented, and all eBay members were sent multiple eBay messages and emails about it, months in advance, during the implementation, and after the implementation.

You cannot be paid into a PayPal account - not any longer.

There are two verifications which you must complete: your identification (requiring verification of your photo ID) and your bank account (requiring verification of the bank account being in your name as per your eBay account, being a valid Australian bank account - an everyday transaction account).

Until that’s done, no funds will be disbursed to you.

My account details are there in the system. they recognise it as the pay-out account. Not sure when i put those details in , possibly when i signed up many years ago. I sold a few things on and off but were paid by PayPal. I think the problem i have is there no recognition of delivery on the system. pack n send say they have delivery complete in their system but I don;t have the authority to mark it sent. So it looks like I'm up the creek without a paddle. Nothing i can do.

you could ask the buyer to leave you feedback, then you have proof of delivery

You said that you did not know what Managed Payments was, did you sign up to 'something' and were you verified to sell when you did?

And again, PayPal has not been an option for sellers to be paid in years

You are not up the creek without a paddle at all , and there is something you can do

Make sure you are signed up to Managed Payments and the details are current and correct

And then wait the 30 hold which will happen regardless as you are a 'new' seller (it does not matter how much you sold years ago)

Yes thanks for your help, I'm positive I read in Managed Payments my account number is registered there. Pack and Send have emailed me and noted delivery completed. They sent a small snapshot of the Star Trak delivery note saying completed.

I've done everything right, something has happened that ebay sees the item as undelivered of which i won't get paid until that occurs, and it didn't. I think I have nowhere to go on this as ebay doesn't offer a contact to be able mark it sent.

Ive messaged the buyer to ask for a feedback notice which would provide some proof they have been delivered.
