Hello I have been given 10 free postage labels but how do I access them?

When I print a label I am still charged. Does anybody have any ideas or the same problem ?cheers

yes I have the same problem, got 3 free labels last week, automatic when I went to purchase label, but this week being charged Customer service have escalated, but no resolution after 24 hours.
