sold some shoes , the same style were returned , except full of holes , then left neg feedback , i was given a refund due to the obvious rip off , and still ebay will not remove that neg feedback !!!!!!! unbelievable to say the least , just means to me that cheats can now win on ebay , so beware , anything electrical i will be taking video as well due to thieves as well , not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are reputable long time EBay sellers of 20+ years. Had a buyer fraud recently of a new electrical motor control computer, buyer stripped our item and then returned only half of the unit. We take extensive photos, submitted them as proof in response to their fraudulent INAD claim . EBay IMMEDIATELY refunded the thief. EBay forced us to appeal and jump through MANY MANY hoops to force then to do the right thing. We were eventually refund (thanks EBay). EBay have some serious credibility issues.
