I have an order that i have complaint for a whole year and many times and still have no response and no refund

I sold variation handles all sizes sold to customer with same price which suppose to be $14.95 each for longer size not $5.95 like small size.

I lodged enquiry many times including calls or on line chat have never get this solved, no apology no refund, order was made in NOV 2023

I am not sure how many orders have the same issue it is really time consuming to track and trace, this was a just a lucky found but negative outcome, ebay simply neglect our seller and careless

I'm not sure what your question for other members is.

You are not exactly a newbie, so presumably across eBay policies.

Including, but not limited to, timeframes.

A year is way out of time for you to get eBay to do anything. If they 'undercharged' your buyer, it would usually be a fault with YOUR listing and how you have set variations up.

Either way, you are way out of time for any action/remedy through eBay.

The fact is that i have been contacted ebay imediately since i find the order was undercharged, and ebay only response to say will inverstigate on it then no further action, they simply neglect your enquiry.

It is obviously a tachnical issue, i have been a ebay seller in 15 years and this is first time that i have this issue, and i do not think there is any setting that i can set all variations to one fix price and no other transaction related to this products have issue

That is what eBay say to everyone who contact them about anything

Usually a reply along the lines of

Thank you for being a loyal member for x amount of years

We will raise it to tech and have a response within 24-48 (or sometimes) 72 hours

It's the generic pre-written script used and does not actually mean anything is being done or will happen

I only checked 320mm, and found that item was $5.95…..now different….no explanation! Sorry, don’t know what’s going on with your listings…..? Don’t know what’s you’re going to do….

Ebay would assume the problem came about because you, the seller, made an error with the listing. They are not going be of any help because they think it's your fault.
