Has anyone else noticed whenever you sell something with a discounted shipping label through eBay you can no longer add extra cover once the item is over a certain size? It is just greyed out unless it's a physically small item. This seems like a stupid decision and I can't see any valid reason for it. Someone on Ozbargain supposedly spoke to eBay and it is by design apparently

There are many reasons that I don’t use labels…..are you close to a p.o?

What brand of shipping label are you using?

If AP, generally AP will have better discounts then eBay for the same service.

If not AP, can't help. I wouldn't use couriers, especially Sendle, in a fit.
