After a month or so I just happened to check my shipping policies and found all of them showed Flat Rate for intenational sales. With my original account I do not remember setting policies (this was many years ago) and when I set them up on my new account I set domestic shipping at the appropriate flat rate but didn't page down to the International shipping. As a consequence all my items (CDs and LPs) show Flat Rate. I edited each of the policies to show International shipping as Calculated, but after several hours the policies have not changed.
