Getting paid by ebay

i have recently sold an item on eBay. I sent it thru Australia Post with tracking and sign on delivery.

I have received an email from the buyer thanking me for the fast delivery.

Confirming that he has received the item and is very happy with purchase.

However the eBay app shows sent but noted delivered.

How do I contact eBay to resolve issue?.

Have tried the automated system.

Need urgent resolution please.

The AI directs you around the help pages based solely on the information you provide. Therefore, logic dictates that if your input is not achieving the desired result, then you need to change said input.

Since you're trying to contact an eBay agent, did you type in the words "speak to agent"? During their hours of operation, those 3 words have worked for me without fail on every single occasion.
