Hi ,

All the outstanding issues on my account have been solved and all refunds due to no stock have been done.

I am currently paying for stock on Pay Pal, already delivered and paid for.

The balance outstanding should be paid, as I am pesonally having to fund the ebay purchases, as you are holding my money and no outstanding issues.

Your images, from various sites, indicate you may be drop shipping and you've received feedback:

"Arrival was delayed as it was drop-shipped from KMart"

You are not contacting ebay here.

This is a public forum for ebay members, the responders being buyers and sellers like yourself.

Other members are not holding your money

You will not have such issues if you don't dropship

So yes, there are outstanding issues because your current listings are all still breaking eBay policies

2 negs, positives that are meaningless because they are from 'eBay' and other positives that are not actually positive

You are lucky that eBay are only holding your funds a little longer

Not all that long ago, they would have shut you down totally

Unfortunately eBay now seem more than happy to support various policy breaches like these
