Hi,

Contacted by the buyer that the item has not been delivered since 6th Jan 2025- which I have receipt support that I have posted the item. Unfortunately it does not come with tracking details.

can you please advise what can eBay supposed the seller in this situation as this is the first time I came across this situation.

If you post untracked, then you will lose an INR case - every time.

As twyngwyn says - refund the buyer.

Was this the paper bag you charged $8 odd for postage, with eBay postage labels ?

Confused if so, how you don't have tracking

In any case, if you don't provide tracking, that is the chance you take
