Today I sold an item to a buyer in Ireland and ebay automatically calculated the postage. However the postage was incorrect and I had to pay more than ebay had calculated as the transaction was done. How can I stop international buyers until I have the correct postage in place?

I only checked one listing and it showed international economy so change to international standard. Then once done check the listing and change the destination to another country and compare it to Aust Post rates.
