How to remove late shipment defect.

My advertisement campaign was paused due to late shapment defect. I got some massage on Thursday night and sent them on monday morning.I printed labels urgently.How can I remove it.I requested but ebay team rejected by saying this""After careful review, we couldn't find any tracking to show that the item was posted or delivered on time. We recommend always uploading tracking as soon as you have the details.Based on this information, the late shipment is not eligible for removal.""

If you didn't upload tracking to the order or didn't have tracking (sent as a letter) then you're stuck with the defect.

Are you saying eBay got it wrong and you did upload tracking

Or you did not have tracking at all or did not load it?
