That's exactly what they say to sellers of high priced items.

You'll need to be very careful

Hello there,

I have a buyer who sent an email after the counteroffer was refused. I have accepted the amount the buyer wishes to pay and he informed me to invoice him. From what I have read the item needs to be purchased first, is this correct? If not what are my best options ?

Thanks.
